Typical of most vibrators.
HoMedics or Charlescraft have consistently produced a good range of massage products and for quality this is typical of their standards being very good. however as a long time user with severe neck and back problems my need is for a much stronger vibrating product. Several years ago I purchased three of their neck massagers which had the intensity suitable for my needs. they were all of hard plastic case style and had the ability to fold in the arms for compactness and comfort. However their fault was in the mechanism for folding which is where they failed. I prefer this packaging but wish to have greater intensity in vibration Unfortunately there is no gradient for rating massage intensity in advertising the product so unless the customer gets to try it out first they have no idea ...
