Well packed. Fast shipment. Clock works. Alarms are confusing. Don't use them. Display is clear, easy to read, VERY bright. Dimmer is useless. To sleep at night I drape a towel over clock to block bright display light. Most brands of "DEMENTIA CLOCKS" have a bright light problem. Wife has dementia. Very helpful with Day Time Orientation.
