Have used dermalogica active moist for over a year and have bought from dermalogica. When i bought from here, my skin broke out and got super itchy and red….i am in esthetician school and know that this moisturizer isn’t supposed to do this and has always worked on my skin. Suspecting it’s fake and they make packaging and seal it.

There was and is absolutely nothing wrong with the products we sold to this buyer. However, there is absolute entitlement that buyer think she is entitle to buy, try and return. Broke out super itchy & red is most likely allergic reaction. 600K+ other people bought this from us and they don't have allergies. Not taking in consideration what all Buyer might have layered on prior to applying this. We have documentation verified proof of direct sourcing. We don't make claims without proofs.
