Very disappointed with the service. Product came with no instruction and poor instruction in the description. The product came off and damaged my car. So i contacted the company and their approach to resolving the issue we to offer a small discount when purchasing a replacement. Why would i want to buy a replacement when the repairs to my vehicle is going to cost more than the product. Extremely poor customer service

I ordered a jeep snorkel. I paid and was waiting for a few days the got an message asking me for an extra $35 postage. The add specifically said "Free Standard Parcel Delivery." I checked their feedback and I am one of many they have scammed. They need removing from ebay. I will be contacting customer services.

Closing brackets didn't line up i had to drill new holes and relocate them X2, opening struts not supplied as per picture and left lower bracket hits the exhaust pipe making a loud rattle. Its ok for the price though, fits to the chassis well and feels sturdy.. Time will tell
