Unit was DOA with the "white screen of death". Waiting for the replacement.! They first wanted me to get Kodak to service it, but Kodak said they only have two centers that are authorized to do "refurbishments" of Kodak Digital Picture Frames. And the leading dealer on Ebay WAS NOT one of them. After several emails to the Ebayer claiming to be an authorized refurbishing dealing, they agreed to replace it. So I spent another ten dollars to send it back to them. I'm still waiting for the replacement......... Later the replacement has arrived in a timely manner. It seems to be working fine. It has features I appreciate, Like MP3, Mpeg 4 etc.
This is really nice frame and have very good features that make this item really easy to use, plus the music player on the pictures slide is a great feature, because you don't need to do slide shows in the computer any more, because this Digital picture frame does the job for you, thanks we love it.
I love the Kodak M1020! The 10" screen displays photos beautifully. One feature i like is the ability to display the photos in filename order (alphabetical order). Most people never think to ask, what are the photo ordering options? Most digital frames display photos in the order the photos were created or random order. This works fine for some people but i had a bunch of old family photos that i scanned and i wanted them displayed in a specific order. I love the touch buttons along the bottom and the side of the frame. You use these to set and change frame settings. Very intuitive. I purchased mine used and off ebay, i didn't have a manual and i was able to easily figure out all the menus and how to use them. This frame also has a timer. I set it to come on everyday between 10AM and 10PM. Beautiful. My biggest disappointment with this frame is that it has since been discontinued. Finding them new is near impossible. I would gladly buy more of these and give them as gifts. Like i said, for somebody like me who wanted my photos displayed in a specific order, this is a dream come true and the display quality is big and gorgeous.Read full review
It works, it did have a line in the screen but I want it for my kids room so it didn’t bother since the line is towards the edge of the screen. Also the resolution was great so pictures displayed beautifully.

This Picture frame is very easy to use, you can add music to your slide show, added ole school music for my uncle and he loves it. Would buy again.
