    Best book for all biology persons

    I recommend this book to all biochemistry and other biology students. Very nice and simple explanation of biochemistry concepts. I used to read this book since 9 years. It was and will always be best book for biochemistry studies.

    Simple, elegant, explanatory in a world-class textbook

    World class textbook used by prominent, prestigious universities in Australia and abroad. Includes pretty much everything required in the tertiary education curriculum. Terms and explanations are very easy to understand at a first year university student level and goes into required depth without complication or complexity. Highly recommended for those who are undertaking chemistry/biochemistry/biology at a higher level. Very satisfied with the information lehninger et al has provided students with.

    Principles of Biochemistry

    This book was required for a biochemistry course. I felt that the book was not as helpful as it could've been. I have had plenty of science courses and a good book can make a huge difference when studying. The problems that are in the book are not explained fully. Some of the graphs have the axes labeled, but don't give you a numerical reference (like 0.001 or 1000000). The glossary was not complete either. Not all of the bold type key words were in there. The soultions manual is almost a must have if you really want to do well in the course.

    Fantastic textbook

    I bought the textbook for my biochemistry class. The textbook provides visuals that are easy to comprehend as well as examples with answers in the back. It can be a hassle to read sometimes because the language contains extra jargon, but nonetheless, it is very organized and comprehensive.
