one of the screews is broken and the tape measure is half-open, i know it's a cheap product but when it comes broken already that's a disappointment.

The product was damaged on transit to the buyer. The buyer did not allow me the opportunity to rectify the issue, however proceeded to leave negative feedback. Upon offering to refund the item in full and send a replacement, the buyer reluctantly agreed to remove the feedback after several attempts. Once I sent the reversal feedback form the buyer become unresponsive and did not follow through with his commitment. This is an unfair and untrue reflection of my ability to offer top customer servic
