I have ordered 2 x 22 TB hard drives and received 2 x 20 TB hard Drives. I am using them now but not sure why I only received 2 x 20 TB Hard Drives. On the box it stated 22 TB but when I checked the Hard drive for storage space it only indicated that it had less than 20 TB free space on both of the drives.
Otherwise, the postage time was quick, and the item was in excellent condition.

You have received the correct item (WD Elements 22TB) (22000GB)
Hard drive manufacturers market drives in terms of decimal (base 10) capacity: 1TB = 1000GB. However Windows system uses binary (base 2) system to measure capacity: 1TB = 1024GB, hence Windows will report less capacity than indicated on the drive's label. A full explanation can be found at:
