Arrived on time. The bit had pierced through its plastic package but thankfully it remained inside the shipping package. Maybe for future shipments reinforce the packaging so the item does not fall out of the packaging and disappear during transit. Other than that the boring bit is as advertised- cuts through hard wood with ease and minimum blow out. For sheet goods there is still some blowout but can be minimized with some patience and care. Great little boring bit even though a bit pricey.

The ruler I purchased arrived damaged due to poor packaging prior to shipment. I notified Taylor Toolsworks, and was soon contacted by a rep who expressed apology, and concern. They promised to address the issue with the wearhouse team as to avoid such issues in the future. They also sent a replacement, immediately, at no additional cost. The replacement arrived carefully packaged, and in perfect condition. That's a level of responsibility that truly has to be appreciated.
