We assembled this chair without to much trouble although the wheels were hard to fit. It is a very good chair & we love it, great idea to have a massage on your back while you are sitting but it is not doing anything, it is not massage your back, just a vibration sound . Also it would be better if you supply a remote as you have to get off the chair to change mode, We have a pillow massager with heat & it gives you the best 15min massage
