The item I recieved was faulty and had to be replaced. I contacted the seller and they asked me to return the faulty mouse. Before they would replace it they wanted several photos including that of the item.the packaging,proof of posting etc I can understand them not wanting to be cheated but it was a lot of work for an item that cost £3.75. The product was inexpensive but of poor quality. While I waited to see what was happening and for the replacement to arrive I had to buyone from Argos.
