The Prestige Medical Clinical Lite Stethoscope Black Model No. S121 weighs 3.9 ounces. This dual-head stethoscope is made of anodized aluminum, is lightweight, and features a two-sided diaphragm. The fiberglass diaphragm side detects Korotkoff sounds as well as S1 and S2 heart sounds. The bell side is created optimally to check S3 and S4 sounds. This latex-free stethoscope features a snap-on diaphragm retaining ring and a non-chill bell ring for patient comfort.

    Quality

    This is honestly a great stethoscope. I have had littmann and this is pretty close to it. It's very light weight compared to a littmann which is nice. I got the stealth which is suppose to be all black and the Bell is suppose to be flat black but it's actually gloss so that was a bummer. But for the price you can't beat it. Better than some others on the market.
