On the inside, product, package there were pores on the back as if it was opened by nails. The seal was open too and found a quantity of the product inside the shipping package. I wonder if this is really 1 oz!! SO BAD

Hi- I sent you a message but haven't heard back. I wish you contacted me directly prior to leaving this review. In any case, I have issued you a full refund. As you can see from many happy customer reviews, your experience is not what I strive for. I issued the refund despite this being a postal service issue. I do not ever ship broken packages like the one you received. It was punctured during transit. As for the weight, I always slightly overfill so that I never undersell my customers.
