    The Fox Went out on a Chilly Night .

    My children absolutely loved this story when they were young ! The illustrations are absolutely breath taking...autumn in New England !! I believe Mr Spier adapted an old song by the same name to his story . Very lovely book ! My children loved singing the song, which is printed in the back of the book .

    The Fox Went Out on a Chilly Night by Peter Spier

    This is a fun folk song. The kids love the illustrations, and quickly learned to sing along. It was a book that the kids never wanted to have to take back to the library.
