Quality of slippers are smooth but I can feel the coldness of air on my heels. Condition are brand new and I have not had any issues other than slipping my foot into each of them. Value for money I think it there as my feet are warm from the wool fibres. The Appearance of slippers are brown to orange, clean , new came in plastic bag then a shoe box which will be recycled as the shoe box slippers go into when not in use.
