Arrived quickly. No problem with the seller. No missing pieces. Chair was easy enough to assemble, although instructions could be clearer. The massage part of the chair is great addition, although can be a bit of an inconvenience to plug in since its USB powered. Only thing to complain about the massage part is that I wish there was switch to turn it off and on, gotta unplus the usb cable to do so. I can't compare to other chairs since this is my first gaming chair, but I'm happy with it.

Exactly as described. Though promised date of arrival was incorrect. It actually came TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. Had the mattress in a box 1 week now and it is still difficult to get me out of bed. Like sleeping on a cloud!!!! Do yourself a favour and buy from this seller. I certainly know I shall.
