Synopsis
The big daddy of the conspiracy books on the JFK assassination, and one that can't be taken lightly. A sheer tour de force that may be the final word until 2039 - when government files on the case can be unlocked. - Kirkus Reviews, Was the assassination of John F Kennedy simply the result of a tragic meeting between a powerful national leader and a warped, solitary young man wanting to make his mark on history, as the federal government continues to claim? The author states that the facts are out there - they just need to be pieced together., The big daddy of the conspiracy books on the JFK assassination, and one that can't be taken lightly. A sheer tour de force that may be the final word until 2039--when government files on the case can be unlocked.--Kirkus Reviews, What really happened in Dallas on November 22, 1963? Was the assassination of John F. Kennedy simply the work of a warped, solitary young man, or was something more nefarious afoot? Pulling together a wealth of evidence, including rare photos, documents, and interviews, veteran Texas journalist Jim Marrs reveals the truth about that fateful day. Thoroughly revised and updated with the latest findings about the assassination, Crossfire is the most comprehensive, convincing explanation of how, why, and by whom our thirty-fifth president was killed.

    • Crossfire: The Plot that Killed Kennedy

The assassination of JFK is perhaps the single most important event of the twentieth century. Jim Marrs has written a through and easy to read book, which is based both on fact and speculation/theory. I bought the book on the recommendation of a friend who is something of a student of the JFK assassination. As a student of American History (BA), I found it to be both compelling and informative. The books makes no absolute claims or judgments, but rather encourages the reader to evaluate ALL relevant information and make his/her own decisions.

    • PERFECT TITLE TO HOW IT REALLY HAPPENED TO JFK

I THOUGHT THE AUTHOR USED EXTREMELY GOOD RESEARCH IN WRITING THIS BOOK. I REALLY LIKE THE DETAIL HE USES, REFERENCING THEIR NAMES,ACTUAL NEWSPAPER ACCOUNTS,FBI ACCOUNTS, AND MEETING WITH THE ACTUAL PERSONS WHO WITNESSED WHAT HAPPENED ON NOV.22,1963 AND THE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE RELATING TO THE ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY. I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FACTUAL BOOKS EVER WRITTEN ABT. THIS EVENT.I ALSO THINK HE IS SPOT ON IN HIS FACTS ABT. THE TRUTH OF WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS COVER UP. MOST PEOPLE CAN SEE THROUGH THE TWISTED STORY PUT OUT BY THE GOVT. CONCERNING WHO REALLY WAS BEHIND THIS MURDER OF OUR PRESIDENT. I BOUGHT THIS BOOK TO GET MORE FACTS THAT I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN ON MY OWN.

    • the best book on the JFK assassination!

this is one of the best books written about the JFK assassination. it provides all the compelling facts and lets the reader come to their own conclusion. it is a real page-turner if you are into 1960s & 70s history like i am. it is still a must read if you are even half interested in the assassination.

    • A great and honest presentation of 11/22/1963.

People need to read this book and not the newspaper or you'll never get the real story of what happened. It's only a few hours of your time to understand the who, what and most importantly the why of the assassination; because it was not Lee Harvey Oswald.
