    The stamps received are as shown, but with wrong cat value they arrived right on time, and they were protected from damage during the pricey shipping charges (Forever stamp plus the 4 cents on the postal stationary, which was the shipping envelope, versus $3.00 shipping charge). Seller listed the stamps having a $120 catalog value, and when I provided him the actual value, he responded back with "maybe old value or error". However, this was still a needed purchase for the money. Thanks!
