      Improved design

      A good product with useful easy to use features. It is a nice bright display too. One recommendation.....the terminal block at the back is a little flimsy considering it can use high currents. Perhaps a bit more solid with bigger screws would be an improvement. Connectors are fiddly to connect with flexing of the whole connector block. Overall the unit looks good on any project.

      Good for tracking battery usage.

      This meter is good for tracking battery usage and available capacity. The operation of the capacity meter is as follows: It has a setting for the battery AH capacity. During charging the AH (and percent) count up, the AH will stop counting at the AH setting even if the battery is accepting more charge. The AH will count down as you discharge the battery, it will stop at 0 AH. I have not been able to determine if the time function do anything of use, it just counts up.

      Compact & Easy to read

      I have built my own DC distribution centre for Camping and have installed this for Instrumentation. All works great. Only drawback is re-calibration every time a different Ah battery is used. Other than the aforementioned it is a great piece of kit.

      Good value.

      Works well. Good price. Fiddly to fit neatly, not much room for error in cutting hole. My only suggestion is for larger connectors to cope with thicker wire gauges.

      Title does not tell the whole truth.

      This unit is not fit for purpose and is not fit for sale. The 30A connection terminals are only suitable for senser wire connections that is less than 1A. The meter is probably good with an external current shunt but the internal shunt is of no use. This item should be removed from sale it is useless.
