I can’t leave negative feedback because of the price. Buyer beware! I wouldn’t use the drivers on the device - it installs something as a “payload” (hacker talk for malicious files) and is formatted as a MBR disk. Also, it tried to add a hidden ‘device configuration file’ to the ‘read only’ USB. Download the 9700 drivers on your own and disable the virtual CD device!!!

Difficulty with device, but as far as seller, item arrived okay and in good condition. Id suggest anyone's who's isn't working to check the new ''CD drive'' they will have on their PC, and run the application. It seems the adapter adds a drive which has needed files to operate.

It works well! Just note, USB 2.0 is not that fast. This will be plenty for most people, but it maxes out at 400(ish) Mbps. Also, you need to download the drivers for this out of the "optional" updates in Windows 10/11. So if you are getting this because your laptop can't access the internet due to no WIFI drivers, this will Not work for you, as this needs drivers too.
