This was a case of what you see is what you get. The boards were as described and look to be of reasonable quality. There is surge protection which is a plus. There was no retail packaging but the boards were well protected in bubble wrap. The packaging looked like scraps from the rubbish bin, hastily taped together with packing tape. Kudos for the recycling effort. The main point though is these off relatively high protection for the price and are excellent value

I was under the impression this was made for the Sonos Era 100, as the listing specified so. The stands arrived, and it was then revealed to me that I had been sent Sonos "Play" stands, which were completely inappropriate for my Era 100s. I contacted the seller, who initially responded vaguely about the stands still being useful for the Era 100s, which they aren't, and vaguely mentioned a refund. The seller has now stopped contacting me and no refund has been offered at all. AVOID this seller.
