Trimmer is a genuine AU market item, which is great. However dispatch wasn't attended to quickly, and in fact it only seemed to occur after I chased up tracking details. Metal display box was inadequately protected and ended up getting dented in transit.
Probably should have given 3 stars for post/handling and 4 stars for communication, but I don't like to burn seller's ratings. Hopefully seller responds with improvement in these regards.

AVOID THIS SELLER. Product was listed as having two year warranty. After 13 months the power supply died. The seller would not respond to a request for warranty support, and attempting to get eBay to help was fruitless.

Received. Seller told me item was posted weeks before it actually was. Also stated that item comes new in box, there was no box. There was a bit of cardboard taped around the top of the bottles and it was in a plastic parcel bag.... no box as described. Won't be buying from this seller again.
