    Excellent Thread repair Kit

    Anyone that's needed to repair a damaged thread knows how much it costs for a single size repair kit. I have used The M6 and M12 sizes and they worked flawlessly, Ny only complaint could be that the tang breaker is not magnetic and makes removing the small piece of metal awkward if the holes are blind. But who cares, its cheap and worked great in repairing my damaged motorcycle head,

    Poor quality. Worse than expected for the price.

    From the outside the kit looks good. Metal case, metal closing clip. Thats where it ends. Drill bits broke quickly (drilling into brass!!!) The inserts were ok too I guess. I would not purchase again. Cost was low yes, quality of the kit (especially drill bits) was crap. Spend more money and buy a tool you can use properly.

    Helicoil Type Thread Repair Kit

    Quite surprised by the high quality of the Helicoil set. Had all the thread sizes and pitches that I will ever need. Highly recommend buying one of these kits even for a workshop.

    Tidy, long lasting package with compartments to keep everything in order.

    The kit is complete and well boxed. I have used the M5 insert and found it easy to use and functional. The repair is sound and I expect all other sizes to be just as easy to use. The kit is exactly as advertised and there was nothing missing or duplicated. Al in all, a great product with excellent delivery.

    value for money has its limits

    Thread holds realy well where no real presure is placed on them. But for the price brilliant every need is in kit so easy to use perfect for light work.
