Bait and switch, Show up for pickup and they say they don't have it but "we have another one for double the price."
Very bad inventory control, Very slow service in person. One man runs the body shop and no ones in the office, They have signs to call when your in front of the place because there's only one person working there (at least when I went). Poor management
