My order was sent to Perth and the unbelievable it was sent back to Victoria, where it came from I've waited a week it's really bad service I am not happy at all with this seller!!!!

I can't compensate you for something that is really not my fault, this is unfair on the seller.
Its been Australia Post that's been screwing up the service not me, but they will only financially compensate for lost parcels not for late deliveries.
If you really needed the parcel in a real hurry, this same listing has Express Post delivery, but most buyers don't choose that option as it is super expensive at $14.10 and would rather wait at least another week to save the extra money.
