not satisfactory
I have only used Phillips shavers for all my shaving life approx 65 years. This one is well built etc but it does not give a very good shave. My last one is 20 +years old and the new one is no better that this one. It just doesn't feel sharp. It feels like it needs new cutters. All in all i am rather dissappointed with it. This is the first phillips that I have had has a hinged head. I don't know if this is the problem or not but it just doesn't feel sharp. I haven't taken the cutters out to have a look, but it is as much work or more than the 20 year old one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A very good product

Better than the one it replaces.
Better than the opposition rotary shaver, that it is replacing, by a mile. Cuts more cleanly and doesn't give me a rash. I think Philips invented the rotary shaver so they should be good at it. I would buy again if it ever wears out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
