      Plug was messed up but that’s probably behringer fault

      AC plug is perfectly fine ,you have to try to connect top part first (little angle ) ,and slowly push buttom part till clicks ,thats the only way ,if you try to connect each other flat (not angle ) and try to push you not able to connect .
