Collar works really well, our barking dog is much quieter, thank you! The plastic clip that closes the collar itself has failed. You may need to look at getting a stronger clip, it is very fragile.

I gave the postage one star but this is not the fault of the seller. The item was sent by Aramex, an incompetent firm. Tracking advised that the item was "on board for delivery". This, from past experience regarding delivery by this firm means that the item will not be delivered when an it is "out for delivery." A positive regarding delivery is that this time the item was delivered the next day, a first in my experience for Aramex. Otherwise a simple and straightforward transaction.
