It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! I highly recommend this seller and will purchase from them again.

Batteries are often shipped with low charge, especially lithium, but one has no charge and one very low. My phones are "unable to charge" which may be an issue with the phones or with the batteries. Seller responded quickly to my concern and has offered a free replacement, but I will wait to see if it is my old phones that are the problem. Which I suspect is true. I do recommend this seller.
