Unfortunately fresh Mastic Gum will melt in the heat. That's not something I can control, but as I explained to you, you just put it in the fridge and can break it apart and eat it. It melting does not change that it is Mastic Gum. Why this deserves negative feedback, I don't know. I replied to your message. I offered for you to return it for a refund. You know your feedback affects me for 12 months. Sorry, but this is not fair feedback.

I am sorry you didn't get better results, but I see you don't show them all in your photo. Lotus seeds are quite delicate in the early stages. I test these seeds regularly and they are good. If you contacted me I would have given you more. Instead I gave you a full refund and you repay me with negative feedback. This feedback stays with me for 12 months.
