Sold me an item that had a FUNCTIONAL piece missing, not a cosmetic one. Without this tab, the item is no more than a paper weight. Seller acknowledged the issue and their solution was for me to return it and for ME to pay the shipping cost. I would not recommend this seller to anyone and I certainly will not ever do business with them again.

Free shipping and returns is clearly stated in all of our products! We do not need lying customers like this one. This person can still return the item, he was told this via message, but he refuses to get off his high horse. Low lifes like this need to buy new and stay away from used parts. I would recommend that if he purchases from you that you cancel the order. He probably want free products and will use any excuse to get it, stay away!!
