Quality is good, wheels would be the only problem as they are a bit flimsy, but that can be fixed with putting down a carpet mat when using. Overall, the padding on the chair remained intact and firm for a good amount of time, arm rests are great and the fact that you can lift them out of the way is so much better than those without. Price was good and communication from seller good. Postage was a bit slower than usual.
