  • Crow Equivalent To Grapes Of Wrath

    I love Medawar to hell with everyone else. I find it sad that she has seemed to have lost favor as an author and find one critics slamming of her downright offensive and have an idea over why it's been allowed to stand. For some unknown reason, all I could think about when reading this other than the obvious one expects of a story this type set in that particular time period, was how much it reminded me of reading grapes of Wrath when I was a kid[yes they let me read anything and I did]. it is a good if not somewhat predicable tale. I love her Tal Boyal series and this is nothing like. Don't expect major revelations on the Crow [unless you're completely unknowledgable on them or plains peoples in general]. She doesn't candy coat situations just leaves them somewhat in shadow but that's ...
