Great SAS HBA for use with UnRaid :-) I had a little bit of trouble getting my system to discover it due to a BIOS setting initially (not the cards fault) but once I figured it out it's been perfect! If you're using a lower end motherboard, make sure you check your BIOS doesn't limit the amount of PCIE lanes usable due to M2 cards and graphic cards (mine does lol) otherwise you'll have to reconfigure the system a little :-) Thanks for a solid SAS card that was perfectly configured!

I had been struggling with finding good SAS/SATA cards for a while now. Very few LSI based cards available at the big computer stores. This package has all the cables and card you need. This in an awesome little package for anyone who has a home built NAS.

Simple physical install in to Unraid server. The long cable made routing and management a breeze. I moved one of the existing drives over to the card, and presto it all just worked, no additional configuration required.

Easy way to add 8 drives to a Truenas server.
Was already configured to work immediately with my new Truenas setup and included a pair of good quality cables that were a nice 1m in length. The interface was PCIe Gen 3 x 8 providing plenty of bandwidth for up to 8 drives.
