The electric bike I was sent was used with scratches all over it and mud from the tyres flicking up. It also has a flat tyre with a faulty valve. They refused to admit it was not new even though I sent them photos. They have lied to me and said it got damaged in transit but that is impossible since it was in a box full of package filler. They finally agreed to refund me only $50 but still haven't paid me. They barely speak English and they lie. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
