SORRY - The Betty Boop machine embroidery design is VERY bad quality. I have never had this bad!! 2 parts of the embroidery is left without stiches, jump stiches and uneven quality. I have an expensive Brother Innov-is embroidery machine. Nothing wrong with the machine! Every design I have made in the past worked out perfect!

I sent buyer a completely new design that im sure will come out much better. asked her to revise feed back to reflect new design but has not responded. i am allways happy to fix any problems she left feed back with out contacting me to make it right.

Well I tried one of the new designs you sent me and I have to say that your designs are NOT of good quality. I am used to machine embroideries of PERFECT quality. Yours are VERY; VERY bad. I just wonder who have done your designs?! I am very disappointed!! My project ruined for the second time and too much time spent.....
