The sleeve insert is a reprint of the original cover that includes (very distracting) library coding on the front and spine - I don't recall the description mentioning this was a former library item (it may have, but I don't remember). Disc appears fine. Vendor uses a terrible courier service (OSM Worldwide) - package traveled 1700 miles to reach a destination 500 miles away. Rating this as "Neutral" to encourage vendor to choose a better courier service (even USPS Media Mail would be better).
