One place in the User Manual, however, needs fixing, which is Step 1 on Page 4. Both sides of the base frame have corresponding holes, but one side has a nut welded to each hole while the other side doesn't. Yet there's no information / instruction regarding which side of the frame should face up or down. Only through trying both ways did I finally figure out that the side with nuts should face downwards.
