Obvious not genuine Philips Respironics since packaging does not have his on it. Ad should be clearer about this. Only $4 cheaper than proper branded Philips Respironics which I will be buying in future.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify we only sell genuine products. Your observation about absence of word "his" on the packaging to determine it is not genuine is unclear. FYI Philips Respironics Wisp masks do not come with His or Her version. Happy to address any issues please each out to us via eBay messages.

Excellent service, good price and product as described. Only disappointment was with Australia post not delivering and not even leaving a card, online tracking message said no access, BS I suppose its hard to get access when you drive pass the address at 60kph.
