Best pillow I have ever bought. I use it to replace 4 pillows and my head does not fall in between the two sets of head pillows and does not hurt my shoulder when I turn during the night. Wish I had bought it years ago. The pillowcase is a tight squeeze and could be an inch wider to allow easier fitting.
