I messaged the seller to verify that the product I was buying was the product pictured. I was told "yes" the product you are buying is the product pictured with the serated edge. When the tape was delivered it was the smooth edged tape. I have several rolls of the smooth edge tape. The seller did not offer to exchange, refund or return the product. Just told me they all worked the same. It was such a minor cost i chose not to persue it. I contacted another seller and made my purchase.
