Parts must have internal spline cut in them in order to mate with spline on the input steering shaft. These parts do not have a spline cut into them, so they are useless. Junk parts, really feel like I was taken as parts are misrepresented.

Buyer is incorrect that the original German VW parts with logo he was sent are supposed to have an internal spline; they are all smooth on the bore from the factory. The mating part, the steering box worm has a very fine spline on it simply to keep it from becoming frozen in the worm flange. The worm flange is secured to the worm via a bolt that goes through the machined half round slot in both parts and is tightened with a lock nut. Seller did not ask for refund which our listing offers.
