Couldn’t find the screws to hold in the batteries. 1yr old likes the phone it comes with, but is probably still a bit young to use most of it as the buckles and straps are pretty tight to undo. Not sure the hook holding it in an A frame will last much longer as our kid leans on it occasionally to use it
