The item was shipped and received quickly. Unfortunately, the product was dried up and unable to use. However, the seller immediately apologized and offered a refund. I gladly accepted. I had no problems with this seller at all and would highly recommend purchasing from! The item was sealed and was in perfect condition on the outside but upon opening it, I realized it was unable to be used. The seller completely understood and refunded my money.
