Overall, as a first-time buyer for this vendor, it was a good experience. Packaging, delivery time, and service was excellent. The commodity itself was a little disappointing in that the sales picture shows an ammonite that is much more colourful and in better condition than the one delivered. What I received is not horrible but also nowhere near as nice as the display picture. Also, the delivered item is not 13cm but closer to 12cm (in reality it is 12.2cm). Thank you!
