It was dispatched quick enough however the transport company has abysmal service. The product was a bit of a letdown. I ordered this model for 2 reasons. Firstly lubrication free secondly USB play back. There is no way to control the volume of the USB output. The seller said it was in the ap but FITSHOW was the only ap and it does not control the USB at all.
