    Fun inspiration for a more active lifestyle

    The intriguing adventures of Itzler and Seal make a fun simple read. The short chapters are compelling even to those who won't start Crime & Punishment or Lord of the Rings. While doing what Seal expects of Itzler may be insane, for me the book has been an inspiration to run a bit more and to take more pushups than before. Seal pushes Itzler to finish high numbers, even if he can't do it all in a row. Simple and fun language make this a quick, but very inspiring read.

    Enjoyed it so much, , I bought 2 copies and have been loaning it to friends. Even started doing the pushups, the repetitions, . Keep on laughing whenever I think about this adventure.

    Roommate from hell.

    So far this book has been fun and entertaining. I had been told there are lessons to be learned in it but I am not into it enough yet to have found them. All in all it has been a cheap, relaxing read.
