      Weird and wonderful series

      I watched the entire series faithfully and collected the series on video because it was that good. Although it has been off the air for awhile, stories this good and intriguing characters that draw you in don't happen very often and deserve to be savored. The actors made you believe in the characters and care about them; what a fine ensemble. The parallel worlds and shifting timelines required the viewer to pay attention and get involved. There aren't enough smart tv series but this was one (Lost was another). Have to admit that some of the story lines were sometimes scary, weird or gross - nothing was off limits. Even the gross segments included a smidgen of bizarre humor to take the edge off. Watch, enjoy, and reflect; it will be awhile before you get another chance at something like ...

      My Time With Fringe.

      It deals with time Paradoxes from many different points of view. You have your normal fights & shoot outs, but you also deal with 5th dimensional math as well as inner-space. Power sources of organic nature. It always had something you didn't expect. Not predictable at all.

      Fantastic series.To bad it ended but they at least got to end it properly,(Unlike 15 other series I have). Great stories,acting and effects.Before I watched season 5,I re-watched 1-4.I turned my 3rd son on to this show and he fell in love with it and played it for his family.Also my 4th son loves it.Some gore in this, as there is with MANY types of death scenes in real life, so be prepared.The scientific surmising of events is a lot like the Forensic thoughts in Bones. Another great show minus too much of an FBI agent acting like an immature idiot. It's for people who like intelligent sci-fi.I'm a think ahead for the outcome guy.They out thought me many times.Great writing!!!

      Fringe: The Fifth and Final Season

      Fringe: The Fifth and Final Season!!! All good things must come to an end, unfortunately. This DVD set was PACKED with things to wrap up such a great series. Old memories were revisited, new memories were made. And there were possibilities where the story would still continue... One of my favorite bonuses on DVD sets are always the gag reels, and the Phoenix Comic Con panel from 2012. The characters of Fringe will always live on in our hearts, and hopefully a feature film! *wink, wink*
