There was a problem with the 1st ottoman delivered. Seller was extremely fast at responding and arranging for a new one to be delivered the next day and the 1st one to be collected. I was pretty surprised as the quality is 100%... The packaging is amazing they protect all the corners and everything comes in plastic and paper covering. Wow what an outstanding service my bed arrived less than 24 houts after ordering. Order placed after 11pm and just after 4 pm the following day the bed was delivered by a very courteous person. The bed was well wrapped and excellent quality amazing value for money, Very straight forward process to put together. Lovely sunrise design on tall headboard.
