Received parts as ordered. Shipment was delayed for some reason. Status of parts appeared to be used when received-parts not protected. Parts didn’t correct problem. Btw, this was a complete kit so replacement should have corrected the problem. Additionally, parts came with a poorly printed paper instruction sheet that stated “click button at top of page”. Not possible. Update file doesn’t exist so I couldn’t update anything. Messaged seller-no response. Trashed tv. Wasted time and money.
